Every programme can be experienced on it's own and will create meaningful change. Together they create a journey where each experience naturally prepares you for the next, allowing lasting change to unfold in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and deeply transformative.

PROGRAMME 01
When The Mind Won't Rest
For the woman who is tired of living inside her own head and wants to feel calm, present and fully engaged with life again.
This is where the Born For This journey begins, creating the foundations for everything that follows.
When the mind won't rest, it's usually a response to the conditions you've been living in and the ways you've had to cope and adapt. This programme explores why the mind stays busy, what allows the mind to settle naturally, and how creating different conditions allows calm, presence and a different experience of life to emerge.
Across six evening sessions, you'll discover why the mind stays busy and what creates the conditions for lasting calm, presence and peace.
This programme is also the companion to Katie Young's book of the same name — publishing September 2026.

The Trinity Programme
For the women ready to stop managing life in separate parts and begin living it as a whole.
The trinity isn't something to learn, it's something to experience.
This programme brings Earth, Body and Soul together as one living system, creating the conditions for a deeper relationship with yourself, with life and with what matters most to you.
Women often describe the experience as difficult to put into words, yet impossible to forget. They leave with greater clarity, vitality, confidence and a renewed sense of purpose and connection.
Most personal development gives you more to do. the Trinity helps you reconnect with yourself, so that instead of constantly managing life, you begin to move with it.
Delivered over 6 days or 3 weekends, this immersive experience gives you the time and space to live the Trinity, not simply understand it.

The Love Frequency Programme
For the woman who senses there is more to life than she has been taught.
Love isn't something to believe in. It's something to live.
As life becomes quieter and the foundations of the Earth, Body and Soul begin to settle into everyday life, different questions naturally emerge. Why am I here? What really matters? How do I want to live?
The Love Frequency Programme creates the space to explore those questions through lived experience, discovering that love is not simply an emotion, but a way of relating to yourself, to others and to life itself.
Women leave with greater meaning, deeper connection and a renewed sense of purpose—not because they were given all the answers, but because they discovered the wisdom that was waiting beneath the noise.

PROGRAMME 04
The Practitioner Programme
For the woman who feels called to take what she has experienced and share it with others.
The Practitioner Programme is where your experience becomes the ability to guide others.
Having completed the first three programmes, you already know The Trinity because youre now living it. This professional qualification takes you deeper, developing the practical skills, professional standards and confidence to facilitate the Born For This Trinity Energy Healing Method.
Whether you go on to establish your own practice, integrate the methodology into and existing profession or simply support those closest to you, this programme prepares you to hold the work with integrity, confidence and care.
Graduates qualify as Born For This Energy Healers, trained in the Trinity method and internationally recognised through IPHM accreditation.

When you're Born For This
For some women, the Born For This journey doesn't end with personal transformation. It becomes the foundation from which they deepen their practice, support others with greater confidence, and continue to grow both professionally and personally.
IPHM Accreditation
The Practitioner
Qualification
Therapists who complete all three programmes have the option to progress to Programme Four — the full nine month diploma — and qualify as a Born For This Energy Healer in the Trinity method. A complete professional qualification built on the foundation of lived experience.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
No woman is turned away for financial reasons alone.
Every woman deserves the opportunity to reconnect with themselves and support regardless of their circumstances.
As a community interest company, all surplus we generate is reinvested into creating funded, subsidised and scholarship places, helping more women access support regardless of their financial circumstances. Every women who joins a programme becomes part of that impact, helping create opportunities for another women to access support.
